Tamil Nadu: People have blocked the Bajaj company branch for not paying the Reserve Bank's advice and demanded higher fines for customers.
In Bajaj branch of Racecourse in Coimbatore, a large number of persons are indebted and paid in instalments. People have blocked the Bajaj branch, claiming too many fines and not paying their debts.
The main allegation is that those who did not follow the advice of the Reserve Bank of India and did not pay their debts on the curfew have been fined.
Subsequently, people bought Bajaj and issued checks on credit. Bajaj is trying to make money by using checks in violation of RBI rules. The bank is also accused of sowing a separate fine in the absence of cash.
Realizing this, the police rushed to the scene of the incident and then negotiated with the people to convince them. They have asked the Bajaj company to take action against the Reserve Bank's instructions.
