The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Mr Edappadi Palanichamy has said that the public can express their grievances by contacting the "Government Free Service 1100".
Many people are using this to express their grievances. PACL customers in particular use it extensively and report complaints. Register and share this information with others.
In the present scenario, people are filing complaints to get the amount invested in PACL in many ways. That does not mean that the money is not available, only a small amount is currently offered in the name of many conditions.
Various efforts are being made across India to condemn this. All of these efforts have resulted in the loss of money and livelihoods.
