This video went viral on social media today. Local TV channels also aired it. It was revealed that the victim was 38-year old Prabhashankar Patil.

As Dr Pankaj Butch says about it, the staff is finally controlling the bottle and treating it.
He was admitted after consultation with the psychiatric department and given injections. He was given other treatments in consultation with the psychiatrist.
